I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience at the local O'Reilly Auto Parts, thanks entirely to John, the parts salesman. I came in with a frustrating, persistent issue with my vehicle and felt pretty lost after trying two other stores with no luck. He was patient, incredibly informative, and demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills to help me figure out a solution. What truly set John apart was his willingness to go the extra mile. O’Reilly’s Automotive has consistently been my go-to store for anything car-related, and a huge part of that is because of the outstanding service from the store manager, Eric, and John. They are hands down the most helpful people you could hope to work with. Whether I’m looking for a specific part, trying to troubleshoot an issue, or just need some honest advice, Eric and John always take the time to explain things clearly and make sure I leave with exactly what I need. Their knowledge, patience, and professionalism truly set this location apart. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels genuine, but every visit here has been a great experience. Had multiple car issues and the associate named John was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the time line and most cost effective way to get my problems fixed Very thankful Give that man a raise... for real

I went in to buy car cleaner and an employee was giving me nasty looks and following me around like I was a criminal. I asked another employee who was amazing and apologetic about it, I think his name was Jacob, and I found out it was the manager Andrew. When I asked Andrew if there was a problem he started cursing at me. I will be taking this to corporate.
