I called ahead and gave O'Reilly my wife's company name for discount,and the process was very smooth, the guys who helped me knew what they were doing, overall great experience.

Came in to grab a seat cover for the driver side as I shifted positions and was going to be doing a job that required me driving around in work vehicles that were dirty and didn’t want to transfer the filth from there to my seat. Found a cheaper one to try for now, grabbed it, came home to put it on and it didn’t work with how my seat is. So packed it back up and went back to return it. Was told “ah, ok well I don’t have enough in my drawer so you’ll have to come back when the guy who sold it to you comes back from lunch.”…. Eh? Soo in middle of the day you don’t have $20 in the register which is what it cost and a different person has this $20 that you can’t access? I believe it’s called “I don’t want to deal with a return so he can.” Syndrome. Wasting my gas and time to come back when another person can magically do it. If it is an actual asinine reason or not, I won’t be getting anything from here as I don’t want to deal with having to make a return and not having 20$ at 12pm in a register or someone being too lazy to do one.

A great store with knowledgeable employees. Found the hose that I was looking for identical to the one on my truck. It was priced very low. Compared to all the other parts stores. Definitely would recommend them if you need ac lines. Thanks O'Reilly you save me a lot and got me the exact right part. Even if you didn't have it on the shelf you still had it in 2 days.
