I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts because my car wasn’t keeping a charge, and Denise at store #304 went above and beyond to help me. She tested my battery, walked me through the troubleshooting process, and clearly explained what was going on instead of just guessing or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. It was close to closing time and freezing cold from the snow, but Denise never tried to rush me and took the time to make sure everything was properly checked. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and she made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. It’s rare to get customer service like that these days. Huge thanks to Denise — she’s a real asset to that store!

Hey, just a typical O’Reillys, but I will say that the employee working around 8 PM on August 13th was one hell of an employee knew he was doing made me feel like when I had going on mattered . I appreciated it. I appreciate good customer service especially at my auto place. Thank you.

Dude told me they were closed and helped another guy who was in the parking lot. All I needed was a bottle of antifreeze. I'll never come back. If you are closed you are closed, nobody gets help or everybody gets help. Terrible customer service.
