Dee, the Assistant Manager, was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. She replaced my headlights even tho one of them was extremely difficult to replace. Thank you so much Dee.

Staff has always been helpful and will direct you to a place that can help you if they can't.

They said they would put the headlight in & proceeded not to sell me a headlight or put it in. My brother in law did. Would not recommend.

Will never go back! Went to get ac charger he charged 130 bucks even though I had an account with them. Then tells me before I pay that he can help me refill it. After I pay I find out he wasn't allowed to help me and apparently there are no returns so when I find out I didnt even need it and came back asked him to try himself he did then proceeds to lose the cap to my ac line. It's still wouldn't work and refused to let me return it or get any sort of refund. Like honestly if you go to this oreillys expect horrible customer service and don't ask for Renee because he is rude a liar and just not helpful at all. You could tell he hated his job and just did want to be there. I will never go back.

I bought a battery at the Seneca location and it was the wrong one. I went to this location to exchange it and the rep told me that I cannot exchange it at this location due to inventory issues. I went back to the original store and I was told that that was not the truth that they could exchange it. They just did not want to. I would not recommend a store.
