Was able to get my sport utility vehical back up and running with a little do it yourself knolage and the parts needed from theese guys. Havnt had to order any parts yet always had them available witch is convenient.

They always have what I need... However I tend to stand in line for 10 to 15 minutes every time I go in. Ask the while, several workers acknowledging me and do nothing to help me or other in store customers. I have nothing particularly bad to say save this. It seems to me that freaking with people in your store should always take precedence over call in or out of store orders. So why are only 1 or 2 workers at the register with 5+ working the store, and lines of people? Thoughts for management I guess, or lack there of in this case.

There is a young guy that is not helpful at all, but is happy go lucky when his friends or family show up. Other than that I give it a 5 because all the other employees are always so good and very helpful.

Pretty standard O'reilly experience, folks standing wanting to chat rather than get people checked out. Thankfully they had the stuff I needed, unfortunately all three guys at the counter were chatting away with people loonnng after they'd checked out. Gets old quick. Tall if you want but don't let it stop you from cashinv out yhe guy standing there with an arm load of stuff that just wants to leave.

The were quick to diagnose my issue, and gave an accurate issue diagnosis. Excellent customer service.
