Luke was absolutely wonderful! After going to another auto parts place that did not offer any assistance with helping replace my brake light bulb. I came to O’Reillys which is where I usually go and which I will always go from now on. 😊 Because Luke took the five minutes it took to change my brake light bulb for me, & save me trying to try to find somebody to help me replace my brake light bulb. Thanks so much Luke you are an awesome guy!

Very busy between in-store clients and phone calls. The representatives are apologetic for the wait but make-up for it by their professional service.

Nobody knows what is going on in their it's pretty bad until this guy name Luke came to the reuse and help me out and got me tookn care of he needs a raise that for sure thank you Luke

Daniel saved my Thanksgiving on Seneca St. My car was acting weird, not starting up, and I suspected it was my battery. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me. I told him what was going on, and he tested my battery, which was bad. So he rang me up with a new one and even installed it for me. If my car wouldn't have started in the morning, I would not be with my family for Thanksgiving since it's my only car. Thank you, Daniel, you need a raise! You went above and beyond for me in my time of need.

I went to buy wipers for my suv and they told me that they couldn't install the wiper on my suv so I went to advanced autos and they did it for me not very happy with the two guys at oriellys on s seneca st wichita ks!
