cannot say enough good things about Jaiden. I was completely stranded in the middle of the street, scared and unsure what to do, especially since I’m new to the area and don’t have anyone nearby to call. Out of nowhere, Jaiden stepped in. Even though he was in the middle of a delivery, he stopped to help me get safely out of the road and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond by finding a gas can and going to a gas station so I could get back on my way. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help a total stranger meant more to me than I can put into words. In such a stressful and vulnerable moment, he was truly a lifesaver. People like Jaiden make the world feel a little less overwhelming. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and will never forget it. He has now gained a customer in me and I will not hesitate to tell everyone I know to go to this O’Reilly for all their needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Had to exchange an engine filter purchased at a different location and the assistant mgr at the north maize rd store was so nice and she even offered to install the new filter in my car!

I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am to Jaiden for helping me with the replacement of my bulbs! He took the time to make sure my brake lights and turn signals were working correctly. He also made sure my trunk was left the way it was from the other O’Reilly’s where I had 1st gone to, but the gentleman was having a very hard time with. I have always been an O’Reilly’s girl from living in Az. But, Jaiden takes the award here! I feel safer on the road because of him. He was very kind, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I had gone to the Maize O’Reilly’s to buy my windshield wipers a few weeks prior and I will continue to come to this one all the time. He definitely deserves recognition and hopefully a raise!! Thank you :)
