Such helpful staff! I will be coming here for any car needs from now on. I came in today looking for a new battery and the employees helped me test Everything and find out that I just had a loose terminal and got me fixed up quickly. They were easy to talk to and offered a lot of relief after a lot of stress my car has caused this week. Thank you all so much!

We bought a part her and the employee was very nice and helpful. However there was an issue with the install and it wasn't working. At my husband's request I called the next day to ask what they might suggest. He was working on the car at this time. I told the lady who answered the phone my questions were for a power steering hose. She looked up information for an AC hose and then asked her coworker about an AC hose as well. She started to give me information. I said " you know this is a power steering hose correct?" She said you told me about AC hose, which I had not. I then explained it was the high pressure hose for the power steering (there are two different hoses). She proceeded to tell me the power steering system does not have a high pressure hose but the AC system does. This is not accurate. I asked if there was someone more knowledgeable I could ask. As she's giving the phone to her coworker she's being negative about me. The male coworker then had no advice for me. Possibly because of his coworkers griping about me. I said thank you and ended the call.
