i always go to this Oreileys, but today the way the manager Zac spoke to 2 separate customers like they were an inconvenience to him bothered me enough to come write this review. i’m a general manager of a business myself, someone higher up needs to tell Zac to relax a bit or he will drive sales down

Very customer service friendly. The counter associates greet you as soon as you walk in whether there's a customer in front of them or not. After the greeting they give you a few minutes to walk through the store if they're not busy with another customer they will come and assist you ask you do you need help finding something walk you to the counter and check you out. Very knowledgeable of the part you are purchasing. They thank you for coming in and invite you to come back. Very professional

I've been in a dozen times in the last few weeks and always received to notch help. Whether looking for a very specific type of nut or bolt, or just answer some questions, the guys here have been willing to go the extra mile and help. They have saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store! Great job
