Stopped in for a pair of windshield wipers for my daughter-in-law's truck. When I stepped up to the counter a welcoming young man by the name of Kristian did everything he could to help me out to include walking out to the truck with me and installing the wipers. I greatly appreciated his rapport as well as professionalism. As I'm not from Hawaii I asked for a good location to wash the truck and his recommendation was spot on. Thank you Kristian, your professionalism and commitment to customer service was exemplary.

They had the part I needed for my 2022 Toyota Tacoma. Clear was super friendly and helpful. I will continue to go there for my car needs. Plus, I got a $5 coupon for my birthday. Much appreciated! 🤗 🤙🏼 🌺

Will not honor the 3-Year warranty. I purchased in October 2021. The batteries did not hold charge. The store clerk tested them on arrival and said the batteries were good, but it would take a couple hours to charge them. The clerk called me a few hours later saying the batteries were bad and the store would give me a $10 gift card. I asked for the manager to call me. The manager called though she seemed irate about having to talk to me. She stated the batteries were of no value to her, thus she could not honor the warranty for replacement or refund. Additionally, she blamed her clerk for misunderstanding the warranty policy. I offered to pick the batteries up. She questioned why I wanted to pick up bad batteries. I asked if the batteries still belonged to me. She confirmed.
