I just really want to thank the staff especially BRUCE. I went in for a battery check, almost left without purchasing one because my vehicle was one of those that are difficult to change battery our. I had asked the staff for a jump start which they were so kind and happy to assist with. Bruce came out, and i just thought maybe id ask him instead if he was able to change it out and with no hesitation he said “yes, it shouldn’t be that difficult”. I went in to buy the battery and BRUCE was able to change out the battery and i got a chance to go to work today. Thank you so much BRUCE for going out of your way to help me. I know some of the workers were hesitant and said “ok then let BRUCE do it”. BRUCE did it and i dont have to go to another store to get my battery change. From today on, O’reilly S King St will always be my first go to.

My husband and I were visiting Honolulu for the day to buy a second hand car for an elder Relative. The seller was dishonest and after purchasing the car, about an hr later the car started to run a bit rough and the check engine light came on. Being stressed out having to catch our flight the next day, We ended up coming to this location where we met Brian. He went above and beyond for us. After scanning the car, He helped us out so much and referred us to a place to get our car fixed. We did have to extend our stay for another day, but it was worth it. We couldn’t leave my relative with a car that wasn’t reliable. in Gods graces, we are blessed that He had guided us to this location. Everyone that works here handled their customers with excellent customer service. they were all super friendly, positive and most important of all, Honest. I would recommend this place to everyone. They know how to take care of their customers. We are forever grateful and blessed, knowing there are still a lot of good people out there.

Thank you so much to Josie for recommending the exact product that fixed the paint scrape on my brand new car. Josie took the time to come out to look at the damage in the parking lot. She’s my hero!

Hubby had to come here cause the starter he bought wasn't working properly. After talking to a senior sales associate, hubby was sold the wrong size. But ask is good, they got him the right one and even tested it out. Really friendly people working there.
