I bought a battery from this store expecting basic customer service, including help with installation. Instead, I was told they couldn’t install it because they only had two employees working. The store was not busy, and I made it clear that I was willing to wait. Rather than trying to help a paying customer, the employee told me to go to another store. That is unacceptable. If a store sells batteries and advertises or commonly provides installation help, customers should not be brushed off after making a purchase. I understand being short-staffed, but there was no effort to offer a wait time, explain the situation respectfully, or help find a solution. The way this was handled made me feel like my business did not matter. Management needs to address this because this kind of customer service reflects poorly on the store. I left disappointed and frustrated after spending my money there.

I would like to thank Chris for helping me with a battery test and warranty replacement. Even though he was the only employee I could see when I arrived, he still made time to come out and check my Jeep wrangler. Mahalo Chris!

The lady at the desk was excellent!!! Good customer service, helped me find my part fast.

I did find what I needed but the gal who showed me stock obviously did not like me. When I did decide on my purchase it took a long time to get someone to cash me out. Service here was zero stars.

My car broke down a couple of blocks from O’Reilly, and an employee named James went out of his way to help me fix the car. I’ve never treated so much Aloha from this shop. The store is a bit humid inside. Hopefully, the owner can install A/C for the employees and customers to shop conveniently.
