Rome had excellent customer service …I walked in needing help with my car lights he looked it up And helped me quick and fast…when I visit Atlanta again definitely returning to this O’Reilly Auto Parts

I made the mistake of coming to O'Reilly Auto parts on a day where Chana Morris was employed. I normally go to Auto Zone but I needed a light bulb and windshieldwipers. This lady needs some training on how to deal with customers. They where not busy but she has a very nasty attitude. She was so focused on the man behind me that she gave me the wrong part! I'll never return as long as she is there. I guess doing a simple job is too much to ask.

Rome at the Campbellton Rd location, went over and beyond to assist me with replacing my headlights and windshield wipers last week. He was very patient and kind. Even after I initially purchased the wrong size wipers🫣. THANK YOU for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service Rome!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
