When I say this was by far the best service I have received in a while from any place. Nicole, Dammon and the other young lady who helped me with my oil (sorry I didn’t get your name) were awesome. Nicole wasted no time greeting me, helping me find the correct oil and oil filter on the computer The other young lady gave me advice on finding the correct oil and offered assistance with finding it and grabbing it off the wall While Dammon provided comic relief and comfort. Awesome team!

Thomas was a great guy with me buying my parts and battery and he also put the battery in for me In less than five minutes and I was amazed i recommend this orileys to anyone don’t let the reviews make think different trust me 💯💙❤️

This location consistently provides excellent customer service—especially from the gentleman who’s always courteous and works hard to get you in and out quickly. I also appreciate that no one outside is trying to solicit mechanic work, which creates a more comfortable experience. However, I do have concerns about the accuracy of the battery testing equipment. I was recently told my brand-new battery needed replacement after my car wouldn’t start—likely due to sitting unused for two weeks while I was away on military service. I sought a second opinion from a nearby competitor and my personal mechanic, both of whom confirmed that my battery was in perfect condition and did not need to be replaced. While I still value the service and professionalism of the staff, I strongly suggest that the battery charger or diagnostic machine be evaluated or replaced. It could lead customers to spend money unnecessarily based on inaccurate readings. Great people—just questionable equipment.
