I came in the other day and Leonel provided exceptional, friendly service. I had initially visited the competitor next door, where I was given a false battery test. Leonel, however, was completely transparent. He explained everything in detail, walked me through the actual testing process, and showed me exactly how their equipment works. He assured me he wasn’t trying to mislead me, which was a huge relief. This employee truly went above and beyond! Highly recommend if the other employees are just like him!

I came into the store 4 May 2026 needing a battery for my Yukon and Ariel was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to get me the right battery and even installed it for me. An assistant manager, Leon I believe, also assisted with the battery replacement. I really appreciate the great customer service that Ariel and Leon provided that day. Brandon helped me to change my headlight and even went so far as to answer a bunch of questions I had about my vehicle and helped me to check my oil. Phenomenal service he deserves a raise immediately. Exemplary employee!

I came here to replace my Battery today and Brandon and Andy were super helpful and walked me through everything I needed. Any time I need anything car related I will definitely be making a stop here again. Could not ask for better service. Thank you.
