I had a really solid experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Carson and Brodi. I came in needing help with a battery issue, and Carson didn’t just point me in the right direction—he actually took the time to explain my options and made sure I got exactly what I needed. What stood out the most was his attitude. He was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was asking dumb questions. When it came time for installation, he handled everything smoothly and professionally. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in helping people out. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you stop by O’Reilly, definitely ask for Carson—he’ll take care of you.

Horrible service at this store! I called a day before around 12 p.m inquiring about having paint mixed for a project, upon speaking to the painter that does all the paint mixing he advised I come after 2 because he is going on lunch break! And also for me to bring vin# or license plate number! When I get to the store the next day to have this service performed the store manager for the day (a white woman bright red hair) is just standing around staring at me and my wife as if we are not supposed to be in the store to get service done 🧐 After standing there and waiting a few minutes another rep asked if we need help I stated yes I do, I need paint and a few other items (oil filter etc.) He than walks off and starts another task instead of helping me. Well, 5 plus minutes go by and I have stop him and ask him the same question which is can you please help us! He than tells the painter the I am here for paint mixing and the guy that does the paint proceeds to not come towards the front and I say to myself this is odd because I have had paint service done here before and the service was done in a professional manner from the service to customer service stand point! Well I guess today is different, they treated me like a second class citizen at this store and barley wanted to help! When I did finally get to the painter he than proceeded to tell me I have to have the paint code not the vin or anything as to what was spoken from the previous day! Mind you my drive is 40 minutes to this store! So while in the store I had to spend time calling the dealership and trying to decode the vin number independently. After sitting there trying to figure it out he than mentioned I should have brought a sample copy so he could use the photo scanner to get a picture and try to get a possible match etc... Seeing I was in a panic, they than try to do the proper procedure they were trained to do, which is help your customer which should have been done from the time I walked into the store! After getting things figured out from a different store and getting the paint supposedly made! They were promised to ship to the store on my side of town with the paint I requested in a timely fashion! Well waiting all day no phone call or anything and when I called the store I was having the paint sent to they said the original store i went earlier that makes all the paint pulled a dirty move and had my paint ship to the hub store instead of coming to correct location as promised! This is very disrespectful to the public and big companies that do business with you all honestly a slap in the face! I was not rude to anyone but demanded to be treated with good customer service like i have been for the past 25 years since doing business with O'Reilly's! I hope corporate steps in for this matter because the appointment I had set is now behind schedule which is a profit loss for my company and I will like for the people working the store to be held accountable for their actions because this one a very big mess up on there part and I am just the customer coming in to do business. Play back the cameras and watch what they do there.

I started using O’Rileys when I found Derik Beri and Vice Grip Garage. From the very first time, I was amazed at the knowledge and courtesy of the Staff at the Jacksonville, Florida store. Always get the correct parts and they never push you to buy items you don’t need. I have become a loyal customer and always use O’Riley’s exclusively. Keep up the outstanding work. We were out of town and we needed a battery for our truck. O'Reilly Auto Parts was close by. The customer service was exceptional. The gentleman was friendly. He went above and beyond. He was so kind and helpful - he disconnected the old battery and installed the new one. Thank you sir and thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts!
