Goodafternoon, I just received the most outstanding customer service at 14185 Beach Blvd O'Reilly Employee Donald. This is the 2nd occasion of me interacting with Donald and both times he showed professionalism, attention to my car issue and after over an hour my Battery / Alternator issue was resolved. Donald was very knowledgeable and installed my battery that was in a '2015 Mercedes under the passenger seat which took time and scratches on his hands. He didn't have to do that. Donald is a great asset to you all and goes above and beyond with making his customers feel noticed and appreciated. I'll frequent this store with any auto needs that may arise. TY

These guys are the best. Donald was extremely helpful and deserves a raise/promotion. He dedicated time to thoughtfully considering my issues and came up with a goal directed solution. Very smart and personable guy, I’ll definitely be coming back for any future issues.

Alsolutely love this location of O'Reillys auto parts. Donald and Ryan helped us with our windshield wipers for my husband's Ford Fusion. No easy task to install. But they were both patient and professional. They are definitely assets to your establishment. We will return for our next auto part adventure.

This place has hidden gems working there. Eli was able to find me the right parts for my window and help me navigate to fix it. He saved my day and made it. Definitely go see him and ask for him personally. I won’t go anywhere else with my car questions. Thank you Eli! You’re the best!
