Kaleb and Kenny deserve a raise! My brother and I walked in with peak 'Chaotic Shepard' energy yesterday and they didn't even flinch. Instead of running for the hills, these guys handled us with extreme kindness and precision. Kaleb tackled my battery replacement with surgical precision and genuine kindness. If they can handle our brand of mayhem and get us back on the road that fast, they can handle anything. 10/10—best sheep-wranglers in the business."

I stopped in the other day for a few small things including dielectric grease for a headlight I replaced, and Parker was at the counter..he came out to give me a hand with the finicky connector bringing his own pick set..totally helpful, above and beyond...big shout out to Parker! 🫡

I had a great experience! Jeffrey was so great to work with. I had a problem with my lift gate on my trunk and he worked with me until we solved the problem. And he was as excited as me when we got it fixed!! He was awesome!!

Shout out to my man, Bob! My family and I were headed out of town when our car began to smoke. Without me asking, Bob came outside thoroughly checked the engine block for leaks, loose hoses, etc and he eventually found that a bag was sucked up and stuck between my grill and radiator. He went back in, grabbed a tool off of the shelf and pried it out. He and his colleague (sorry didn't catch his name) were both genuinely concerned and kind to my family as we waited. We got some comp'd branded foldable screw holders, bought some Hot Wheels and hit the road. Hope in customer service is thus restored! Thanks guys!
