Such amazing customer service from everyone in the store. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I came in needing some help on a project that I had, not knowing really anything about the product I was looking for, the direction I needed to go or how to accomplish my goals and they helped me get it figured out and helped get me going! Big shout out especially to Josh, Cici, and Earl. So Incredibly helpful that I will drive out of my way to go to O'Reilly over the other auto stores.

Nehemiah provided excellent service yesterday. He was proficient and handled my car needs with a kindness that really stood out. Just like the Nehemiah in the Bible, he showed a great spirit of service, knowledge and leadership in his work. I also noticed how well-maintained and clean the facility was. Great job all around!

came here to buy some lug nuts for my car last minute due to an emergency, Junior basically told me to leave the store because they were about to close up even though I arrived 15 minutes prior. He was provided with the exact specifications and numbers needed to purchase the lug nuts and he still complained every second of me being there. Very very unprofessional. As I was walking out, another customer walked in and was greeted with a smile and welcoming words. I really hope the manager of the store sees this and does something regarding Juniors behavior and the way he communicates with customers. I will never be returning.
