Staff on duty at this location may not know customer service, but they should know respect. I came to get brake clips for brakes that recently purchased. (One hour earlier) I was told by the Assistant Mgr, Dot, that the additional hardware is included with some brakes pads, not all. (HOW IS THE CUSTOMER SUPPOSED TO KNOW.) When I returned, I was asked, "How was the order placed?". I responded with showing the receipt for the purchase. Thinking the counter representative would from the receipt, part number or ticket. I wouldn't be writing this review if he hadn't returned with the item and placing it on the counter without a thank you, acknowledgment if the part or at least a goodbye. All of this transpired within the earshot of the Asst. Mgr.
