O'Reilly is by far my favorite parts store. They often have some of the things I need that the other stores dont. If they dont have an item on hand, they can have it brought in from another location the same day. While thats nice & all, I usually just go to that store to get it myself. I have also come to notice over the years that O'Reilly staff seem to be more knowledgable than the other guys. That can help alot if you are having trouble trying to explain your situation or what you are trying to fix. When I first came in, I grabbed 2 wiper blades (which is what I came for) & then began walking the aisles taking pictures. Just before I was done taking pictures Stephanie asked if I needed help, I told her that I was fine. She then asked why I was taking pictures and I told her "because I can" now in that moment it was not my intention to be rude or act like she was bothering me. However when I was ready to make my purchase, I made it a point to check out with Stephanie. We had what I believe was a good conversation. She told me it was unusual for people in this location to take pictures & that she did not mean to offend me. I told her that I was not offended at all & I also appologised for coming off rude & for making her staff uncomfortable as that was not my intent. As I like to leave deatiled reviews, person to person interactions are a huge part of that & not just the products or services that they offer. I think my conversation with Stephanie was a textbook example of how people can talk to each other and clear up any misunderstandings. Stephanie alone would get 10 stars from me. I can also acknowledge that my initial respone to her may not have been the best.

Let’s teach our employees how to properly load an account , maybe start by searching their actual name first and LAST the way they’re saying it and spelling it to you so they don’t have to try and find a manager bc they’re screen cleared out 😂 there’s 6 more computers … good lord. Staff was very rude and immature except Omar but all the other ladies up front need a job without customers.

This location is normally pretty good but I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and I was passed by three employees. I needed to check out with one item. I was never acknowledged, the girl came out and started answering the phone without even addressing any of the customers who were waiting in line, and ultimately I left without making my purchase.

Came here looking for car window sunshades after going to Advance Auto which didn’t have any. Was glad to find a decent variety. Autumn attended to me and I was incredibly impressed by her service. She was friendly, patient and pure awesome. My first purchase was a mistake as the sunshade turned out too small, but she made exchanging it for another product a complete breeze. If you shop here, look for her if you want great service.
