Would benefit from training- both on basic automotive systems and customer service. Ex: crossing the positive and negative battery terminals with one another is not effective way to clear a check engine light (unless burning down the car counts). Go to NAPA - parts are higher quality and the sales staff actually work on cars.

While in the car during the rain, my daughter‘s windshield wiper rubber was hanging down, flying around, not scraping any water. Went to the Mandarin location of O’Reilly’s and Gavin took such good care of us. He looked up the correct wiper blade and changed them out for us right there!

My check engine light came on and I had someone recommend coming here for a diagnostic. They did the diagnostic for free, printed out a report, and helped me figure out what to do next. All of the staff were so helpful. It was a great experience!

Great customer service and ready to help. Came in and Gavin assisted with getting my battery tested and was honest on battery health (it was still good). Tested the alternator and was healthy also. Still got a new battery since it was 4 years old. Gavin was great getting the battery installed and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Very informative and was able to get me a reasonably priced battery. Highly recommend and would be going back whenever I need something for my vehicles.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Christopher and Terrance with O’Reillys Auto Parts store on Emerson in Jacksonville, Florida. They were very kind and personable and changed my headlights for me today. I will not shop anywhere else for my auto parts needs. Thank you so much!!! Melinda
