1st time at this location and keep in mind I had a terrible experience at another location however I traveled to this location hoping for a better experience. And I was correct. Best customer service I had in a very long time from O'Reilly's. Kent was the clerk who assisted me and he was OUTSTANDING. Very professional and very patient. He provided everyone with exceptional customer service and he provided me as well with STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. He truly restored my confidence back in O'Reilly's. Thank you Kent for your outstanding customer service. Kent needs a raise and great recognition. Thank you Kent!!!!

I tried to shopping your O’Reilly store today on Orange Park ain’t got no service. I sat there for 10 minutes, waiting for the cashier to ring me out and instead, she sat on the phone the whole time talking to another customer trying to find parts for them. Y’all either need to have more than one person in that store or they need to break a phone call just a service a customer that’s sitting right in front of them. I had to walk away and leave the items that I needed this morning because I wasn’t getting serviced at all. I wasn’t even getting acknowledged.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Professional and knowledgeable staff, CYNTHIA is the absolute best! She was very helpful and I will be sure to come here if I need anything else for my vehicle!
