I needed to get my car battery replaced. The dealership wanted to charge me well over $600. I went over to O’Reillys, not only was the price great, but the employees were too. Darrell was super friendly, he gave me options on what battery to get, helped me pick the best one for my car, and even installed it for me. He was very knowledgeable! I was in and out within 20 minutes. Next time I need car parts or a new battery, I’m going to O’Reillys and asking for Darrell!

I came in, Spanish chris went above and beyond to help me. He fixed my battery terminals for me. He absolutely deserves to be seen! Give this man a raise!! Thank you so much chris. Thank you!!!

Incredible service every time I’m here! Cherie, the assistant manager, is on point daily! Her and her team stay focused on customer needs, and go all the way to meet them! This is generally true at most locations, but the Emerson St location is above the rest, based on my personal experience. Chris took care of me today…he was superb! Thank you CC! Keep doin ya thing!

Ordered on line they shipped store to store never got called from Macclenny store that parts were in. Was later told by the store manger to different females that they don't call you so why bother ordering from them. The main reason i am writing this review is because neither the shipping store or Macclenny store verified the actual part itself it was cannibalized so we returned it and got correct and complete part from NAPA

Amazing customer service! Chris and the other employees went above and beyond to help me replace my headlight bulb. Even when the job unfolded to be more complex, Chris stayed with it until it was done. Highly recommend stopping in if you have any car issues!
