The store manager is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be lien to customers that something she is supposed to test for example the starter failed if she did not test it! I was there around 12:35pm on 5/12/26 to get my starter tested she was rude when I asked her if she could test my startedr. I get it her long artificial nails might break however she could of told me the machine was not working instead of telling me my started failed and immediately trying to sell me a new one. I new something didn’t seem right by her attitude. I went to the O’Reillys on S. White Rd. My started got tested not once but twice and it passed both times. Management needs to do better they are worst than mechanics that try to make the most money out of customers. She makes that store manager tag look bad with this type of service.

Shirley always have my parts correctly the first time. Highly appreciate her customer service too. Will definitely be coming back to see her whenever I need parts

I walked in this store and rightaway the 2 out of the 3 lady employees had the worst attitude. After witnessing the worst customer service given to a customer in front of me, I simply walked out and went somewhere else.

I have a kid help me his name started with an "R". He was super helpful. My battery died in my key fob. He found the battery, popped open the key fob, cut the battery out of the Senior a citizen proof packaging and put the battery in for me. He did all this without judgement. He did this with a smile. I appreciate sakes associates like this My only regret is that I forgot his name. Thanks to whoever hired that kid. If I need something else I'll come thru. Everyone with the promixity of my review should go see for themselves how great the peeps at this store are.
