Aaronseth is so helpful! It’s 7:30 PM and needed to drive from San Jose back to East Bay when I realized the air in the tires was low. This guy helped me, calmed me down and was so friendly. This place is lucky to have such an employee, you go 🎉

Super thankful for the amazing staff here! My mom came because her car couldn't start, and the staff was very kind and patient while helping her, even helping her communicate with BMW. Wish she got their names, but they were the ones working around 6 PM on Tuesday 10/28/25. The next day on Wednesday around noon, the staff was also very kind offering many services. Wonderful place!

Walked in…. Not a single acknowledgment or greeting. One attendant was on the phone helping a customer. The other was comfortably relaxing while on the computer. I walked towards the one relaxing & asked for help. He ignored me. After I specifically addressed him and I began to speak again, he cut me off mid sentence & responded with a smug, “I’m busy right now; please wait for him on the phone.” All I needed was for him to point me in the right direction for a product—simple. It seems he’s too busy to acknowledge, greet, or allow customers to speak. Poor service, poor attitude, poor manners…. Probably wont come back. Definitely lost my business. Also, if he’s so busy, though his posture was too relaxed, why was he up front? Is there not a computer in the back. And if not, maybe that’s why they have the computers out front, because you’re suppose to help the customer first.

Great customer service, very friendly people. Went to get my car battery changed and one of the reps was kind enough to help me change the battery. After several tries, we got it done and it works perfectly. Many thanks to Ky Thanh for all his help.
