O’Reilly’s off Branham and Almaden Expressway had both air filters I needed in stock and I was helped out pretty quickly even though they were busy. Big thank you to Gustavo who was so helpful and friendly, he changed both of my car’s filters in under 5 minutes!

Went to get gas and I didn’t tighten my gas cap which messed up all my safety system lights and my car also keeps beeping, took my car to the dealer, they suggested I take it to O’Reilly’s which would be free and I wouldn’t have to wait 3 hours. Got it fixed for free! Thanks to the wonderful lady at O’Reilly’s. Now I just have to drive it for about 10 miles and it will reset. Again thank you!!!

Tristan, and the team here are very professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue and needed help with my account from other state. The whole team was very professional when it came to my concern and questions. They took the time to explain the situation and we found a solution. I will be going back to this store and will recommend this site to people I know.

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! I was across the street doing some late evening grocery shopping at Sprouts. Went to my car with my haul and my key fob wasn't working. Stood there trying and trying and trying. Not a single wink from my car. Argh!!!! Took my cart of groceries back into the store and asked if I could leave it there while I ran across the street for a fob battery. "Sure," the friendly clerk said. Walked briskly into O'REILLY and was immediately greeted, "Welcome in," said the friendly nubian clerk. She was my Queen in shining armor, I swear!! She efficiently and knowledgably showed me how to open the fob, which battery to grab and then she proceeded to load the battery!!! $12 for a set of two 2450s. I was in and out in 5-minutes-ish, give or take given the banter. As I walked back across the street, I tested out my fob and its brand new battery, hoping I didn't need to call AAA for a car jump. Thankfully, my car responded!! Happy dance!!! Thank you O'REILLY!!!

Called in for help on a battery change for a Mercedes s500, Ariel answered and helped locate the right one. Walked in to store and had Ariel and Isiah help us with the correct purchase and install assist. Some of the kindest and resourceful people I’ve interacted with in a while. Super warm and friendly. Thank you so much O’Reilly, Ariel and Isaiah for always making the store experience so comfortable and welcoming. I always learn something new and never feel intimidated in doing things on my own. Definitely a place to visit if you have any car needs.
