Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff was rude and did not properly answer customer questions. If customers are coming to the store for help, they should be treated respectfully and assisted properly. Please improve communication and customer service experience. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with respect. I was polite and only expected a proper response and good customer service.

Stephanie was great! I really appreciate her helping me install the battery into my car. Excellent customer service! However, Julisa was rude and unwilling to help me. She told me to wait in line so she could continue chatting with her coworkers, even though Stephanie was already busy assisting another customer.

They are very friendly and helpful they help with your problems and do free alternator and battery testing free car scans and they don't lie they are straight forward with real results thank you

Poor customer service. One of the associates or probably supervisor/manager Bill, who's white, was rude plus had a superiority complex. There's an absolute lack of empathy. After not being able to help me, not even tried to check my vehicle, then telling me to "go find a real mechanic," he grabbed the other associate who was still talking to me without even saying "excuse me." What these employees need to realize is that, customers come to this O'Reilly store in Milpitas because they have a serious need that needs to be addressed. Vehicular concerns could be life or death for some of us. Our livelihood/source of income depends on our cars. For most of us, our vehicles are like our 2nd home, some even live in their vehicles 24/7. It would really make a difference in people's lives if employees working in retail would have kindness and empathy in their bones. I'm not coming back to this store.

I have been a customer at O’Reilly Auto Parts for over a decade. This store went out of its way to help me after everyone else said “we don’t do that” or “we can’t help you” thank you to both of the workers that were able to help me out in my situation. I truly appreciate you both and will continue to be a proud supporter of THIS O’Reilly Auto Parts store .
