This is not the location you want to visit. The Asst store manager, Store manager - extremely rude. They don't know anything about customer service or obligations. They will have all different excuses if you need their help checking alarms / replacing batteries or even wipers. For me, they replaced the battery when i purchased from them few months ago. But when the new battery started failing, they refused to help me replace it, even though it was under 4-year warranty, and was only used for few months, in the same care. So, when you purchase it from them, they will help you but when you go for warranty or something, you are on your own. The other junior staff at this location are much more helpful than the managers. I even called their corporate office and opened case with them, no response since it was opened 3 weeks back. The managerial staff at this location does not even care about what their corporate office asks them to do. I am never going to visit this or any other Oreilly in the future. they lost me as customer forever.

The guy just refused to help me and kept saying " not in our system" over and over again. He was like a robot with zero customer service skills and very rude. There used to be an excellent guy working here who was great. This place needs to hire more helpful people.

Everytime i have gone to this store the employees are note knowledgeable and rude. They only look stuff up on the computer and they cant even do that right. Bring back the old O'Rileys where the staff actually knows their stuff. I also asked for a store manager and they said they didn't have one for that evening shift and I would have to come back the next day if I wanted to talk to one.

Shout out to Ivan! We went to multiple stores looking for a headlight for a volts wagon r32. He’s the only one who was able to help find the head light we needed. Mind you we went to auto zone and to two other orielys. He helped us find a rearview mirror and a head light. Thank you, so much!

I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase from O'Reilly Auto Parts. I bought a motor oil, only to find out when I got home that it had already been opened and partially used. This was not mentioned anywhere at the time of purchase, and I expected to receive a brand-new product. It’s frustrating to pay full price for something that clearly isn’t in new condition. I trust stores like O'Reilly to maintain high standards, but this experience was a letdown. When I went back to return the item the customer service wasn’t willing to do a refund, i hope they take more care with their inventory in the future.
