4 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I want to start off by saying this wasn’t going to get such a good review but by the time I visit was over they do deserve a four-star review I came here to purchase oil and an oil filter for my 2007 jeep and I knew exactly what I wanted based on advertised prices. Well, I gathered the things I needed went to the front counter and I was told it wasn’t part of the advertised price when I took the gentleman over and showed him that it was. He told me he couldn’t do anything and that he give me five dollars off based on their guarantee… he could see I was not satisfied with that answer. He said, please let me step away for a moment, and he came back with the assistant store manager. The assistant store manager was able to match the price that was advertised, which made me grateful. I want to say thank you to Julian. The sales associate that was first helping me and I want to say thank you to David the assistant store manager. Now I can go do my oil change. 😊 Like 👍🏻 my review and let me know if it helps you when it comes to guaranteed advertising prices!!!

Very helpful staff, super quick service. I was here to buy snow chains for my Tahoe trip, and the rep Farid helped out figure the right size and I was out in under 2 mins

I walked into the O'Reillys completely overwhelmed, staring at a power steering pulley that had been mocking me in my driveway for two days. Enter Daryl – calm, confident, and armed with the kind of technical know-how that turns DIY disasters into successes. Not only did he walk me through every tool I’d need (with clear, patient explanations that even a first-timer could follow), but when I admitted defeat on the spot, Daryl grabbed the puller, rolled up his sleeves, and helped me remove the pulley right there in the store. He provides hands-on help with a smile. His blend of deep mechanical expertise, genuine friendliness, and next-level customer service is rare. Daryl doesn’t just work at O'Reilly – he elevates the entire brand. If there’s anyone who deserves recognition, a raise, or a straight-up promotion, it’s him. Had a great experience today when my husband and I came in to replace a car battery - they had a good selection to choose from and Darryl was incredibly helpful assisting us when we hit a problem when replacing it. Would definitely recommend this location!
