Ramon was SO helpful. I entered to buy a new air filter, which was recommended by the dealership. However, I knew that I could buy one, change it myself and save money. He then helped me to choose an appropriate battery. And when he heard my car start, he told me about some other things to look into in order to ensure the longevity of my car. Thank you so much!

I was waiting on line and someone called. The employee took the call instead of telling the person on the phone to hold. He said they also dont have promotions for oil filters when you buy oil for your car..

Well it's an Oreilly's. The store was clean and well organized. Although I was offered help, I prefer to look around on my own, I found what I needed. They were ready for me to check out when I was ready.

They.ve always been courteous and have treated me - a woman - with respect. Sometimes we.re not thought as knowledgeable or intelligent enough to understand the interworking parts if an automobile. I.ve appreciated the assistance of their staff and the ease of warranty replacement purchases.
