First manager Geidy is an excellent manager. I bought a starter and sha was very honest in telling me that I should hold on to my original (core) starter. So I did and she was right because she told me that sometimes if it's not the original starter that it might not work. She was right. Starter lasted 2 days before it went out again. Returned it and got a full refund. She is a awesome and very good manager. Just wanted to thank her.

Great service customer. Always honest humble manner thanks to guide. She nice person. She helped warranty some part. She was very good at helping me resolve the warranty issues because in had gone to another oriellys and they won't warranty those part. She's great listener and gives great advice

O'Reilly auto parts on Story rd San Jose. Very friendly and had the parts ready when got there. And it was the closest auto store to have all parts I needed. I live in South San Jose about 30 minutes away. I am very happy I went there and they gave a Veterns discount. Glenn

I was having issues with my car and didn’t know was wrong with it and one of the workers at the store helped find me a mechanic that ended up fixing my problem. The store is tough to shop in because other customers are rude and pushy. Thanks to Diego who was able to helpful the entire time!
