Wrong customer service. I came in to return a broken spray paint can, and they tested it but said it was fine, even though it clearly didn’t spray properly on the cardboard they tested it on. Then they said I can’t return a used product. I showed them the policy stating that defective items can be returned for a refund, but they said they couldn’t do anything and that I would have to talk to the manager. They weren’t trying to solve the problem for the customer, they were just trying to avoid the hassle. They kept making excuses even after I showed them the policy.

Friendly staff. Always got my parts, or willing to get it there ASAP. Overall, great shopping experience every time 💯😤

Simba helped me today he was very knowledgeable and what he didn't know one if the other customer service reps did. It's a very nice laid back ready ro help you store. No question is a dumb question here.

Support local business instead of titans of online retailers. They have good service here even if the price maybe less competitive from time to time. Thank you O’Reilly.
