I wish to thank Steven for his patient and great service this afternoon. I needed a new front lightbulb, 2015 Expedition. He was kind enough to pull out 3 different quality levels of replacement bulbs. He explained the differences between them. I chose my bulbs, and he then installed them within just minutes. Steven is a great guy. I enjoyed our conversation. Good luck with you project car!

Azeb was super helpful and checked out my car battery to see if it was at the end of its life (it was) and then helped me purchase a new car battery. Calvin helped remove the old one and installed the new battery. Both were super helpful and made the stressful situation easy and effortless. They were both great. Would recommend!

I had an exceptional experience at this store in December. I was greeted by two employees as soon as I walked in. I was able to ask one of them (Isaiah) for help immediately. He helped me find the rear windshield wiper blade that matched my vehicle and it was in stock. He was able to go retrieve it and explain to me how to install it. All in all I was in and out the door with my new blade installed in under 15 minutes. In the middle of my interaction with Isaiah, he was able to take a phone call, politely put someone on hold, and then answer their question while our register was finishing up my transaction. Isaiah was friendly, efficient, and carried out a wonderful Customer Service experience. I hope he’s there if ever I need to go back!

Giancarlo. He helped me find the same wiper blades that I had purchased a year ago. And in the rain helped me install them very quickly so I could get on the road before traffic hits. Just really outstanding customer service with a lot of skill and no fuss.

Dropped off my car battery to load test it to see if it was dead. Their load tester was in use. Left the battery and they called me back with the test results (dead as I had suspected). Offered me three replacement options at different price tiers. Overall a positive experience.
