We had an excellent experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts last night. Jeff took the time to thoroughly check our battery, alternator, and starter, explained what he was seeing, and offered clear, practical advice without any pressure. Outstanding service! - knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. This is exactly the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back. Thanks again, Jeff!

I visited this store to purchase a spark plug socket for my vehicle and expected basic assistance in selecting the correct size. Instead, the employee on duty was dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to do even a simple fitment check. When I asked for help, I was repeatedly told to “Google it,” which is completely unacceptable for a customer service environment. I asked if he could bring a socket so we could quickly confirm the correct size, and he refused. When I requested a manager, he claimed he was the only one on duty and stated the manager was on vacation. He also refused to provide any contact information to escalate the issue. I have been a loyal customer of this store for nearly 10 years, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Every other employee I’ve encountered has been professional and helpful, which makes this situation even more concerning. This kind of behavior directly impacts customer trust and business reputation. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly, and I would like to be contacted as soon as possible to resolve this issue. If not, I will be taking my business elsewhere and sharing this experience more broadly

Luis was super helpful and helped me get confirmation that my alternator was fine and just needed a new battery. Ray was really friendly and helped me at the counter too Really nice guys with quick service, greatly appreciated

Very thankful for my experience at O’Reilly on 15th NW this morning. Huge shoutout to Ray who went above and beyond helping me with my battery issues. He took time out to conduct some tests on my battery and alternator so I knew exactly what was going on. He also helped me pick out a battery charger (as an interim till I get the alternator fixed) and made sure I wasn’t overpaying for one I didn’t need. We’ll 100% be going back to this O’Reilly in the future! Thanks Ray!

Pretty disappointed. I bought a brand new battery for my car here for 150$. Turns out it was a piece of garbage and failed after only a half year. But it was a few months after the warranty ended so they told me too bad.
