Wow. This place is rough. Zero chance it’s as intended by the real leaders at Oreilly’s. Sockets just tossed around/scattered, most not available. Oil is basically hit or miss, but you might find it in one of the cases on the floor… This is not what I’ve come to expect from Oreilly’s…. I walked out frustrated.

For some reason the staff uses the N word? Infront Cof two of us who are black. If you’re using such words atleast have the decency and professionalism to not do that infront of customers. And the manager was at the desk aswell he just didn’t care or hear. Sounds like it’s a normal occurrence

Angel and Oscar changed my headlight bulb for me, I pulled in there and was out with a new headlight in 10 minutes. Amazing service.

Ricky was absolutely wonderful. He really helped me and my mother to put our battery in when hers went out and I didn't have any tools. He was very professional, but more than that he was very personable and a pleasure to meet. Thanks bud.

Today I was poorly attended by a person who provides you with the service in the store just because the person could not understand me well when he asked about the registration of my vehicle he insulted me and it is not fair that a person treats the customer like that, he has to be patient and not treat customers badly, that's why I make this report, I hope you are fair with this because as it happened to me, it can happen to other Hispanics
