Really disappointed with O'Reilly online ordering and store pickup today. I ordered four different parts early afternoon. The website stated the parts would be ready for pickup by 5:30pm that day. I received the email at 3:24 pm stating all parts were ready for pickup. I couldn't get to the store until 8:30 pm. An employee could only give me the items that were already in stock at the store. The other two items did NOT come in. She had to reorder the items and I have to go back up there tomorrow.

Rude and lazy employees would rather refer someone to another business than install a car battery. AutoZone nearby was awesome and took care of us much better.

Got the one part i needed ,for a friends car .that wasnt in stock anywhere else strut linkage .on older mazda .that i traveled from far away to fix in her drivway had to cut the old linkage nuts n bolts off as they were original ,But!! Shes Safly Back On The Road !

I was very impressed with the store that I haven’t been there for a while. Seems like everything very organize and very pleasant. I quitet to go to that store because I was ignored frankly no customer service but this time very impressed everything was very good. I’m gonna start going back there.

Store opens at 8:00am per the posted hours on the door. Lights were on and door was locked when we arrived at 8:04am. Waited over 10 mins and nobody showed up to open the store so we left. Not a great way to do business.
