Probably my favorite auto parts store. Every time I come in, the staff is friendly, helpful, and actually knows what they’re talking about. It’s hard to find places anymore where the employees have real experience and can genuinely help you figure out what you need instead of just reading off a computer screen. They’ve always been patient, professional, and willing to answer questions or point me in the right direction. The store is well stocked, the service is fast, and the overall atmosphere makes it an easy place to keep coming back to. Definitely one of the best auto parts stores I’ve dealt with.

Alandis greeted me before I got to the counter. She looked up the wipers I needed and advised me on my options. I so appreciate her attitude that I only lacked knowledge, not intelligence. Even before I paid she asked if I needed her to install them for me.I asked her to show me how, so I could do it myself next time. As we were walking out, another employee asked if she needed him to do anything. I love that teamwork and customer focus. She walked me through the installation and patiently let me try. She insisted I start the car and make sure the wipers worked well before she went back inside. Yes, it’s a Tuesday afternoon and they weren’t crazy busy. But the helpfulness and customer focus was obvious.

Hands down, Isaiah was so kind and helpful! I had questions about a few products he know where to locate them , and helped me carry my heavy basket with all my antifreeze in it! He even offered to carry them to my car! He is a wonderful employee and needs a raise! He will go far in life with his kindness and expertise! Thank you sir for all your help!

I bought brake pads for my car here last night. A lady named Alandis was incredibly helpful with the sale, and I am truly grateful to her. I wanted to express how satisfied I am with the service. I will always be happy to work with you. Thank you very much. Also, your colleagues were amazing. You are all kind, friendly, professional, and excellent at what you do. I originally purchased the wrong bulb replacement for headlight and on top of that I could not get old bulb out of housing. Needed a new HID expensive bulb replacement. The bulb was stuck and Brad was able to get it out with zero issues. Got a replacement and it installed in 5 minutes! Customer service was great and they saved me a ton of money! Great people and service at this location!
