Just want to give Mason a shout out for being the best and a great asset to the O’reilly team. He got me exactly what I needed and even with how unbelievably busy it was and their just being two of them he still made time to put some new windshield wipers on for me. Super appreciate guys like him for being so caring!! Thanks Mason!

Our young daughter's car battery needed to be replaced. Bud was amazing. He found the correct battery and actually installed it along with much needed new brackets. True professionalism. Thank you, Bud!

I had my car at my mechanic last week & when I got in it this morning the service light came on. My mechanic asked me to go by OmReilly’s & have them do a print out on what the message said. I walked I. Around 1:30 on the 24th of November 2025 & the kid behind the counter said “does it say check engine” I said no (it’s a Honda) it shows like an oil can. He said you need to get your oil changed. I said my mechanic asked me to come by here & have you check it. He walked over to an older guy who said “no. You need to check your oil”. Neither one of these losers went out to the car to hook it up in their reader. I left & went to AutoZone down the street where a very NICE WOMAN, came out to my car, plugged in the computer code reader, came back Institute & printed out that my car has a vapor leak of some kind coming from the transmission. It’s hard enough being a woman walking into an auto parts store when you have no one to rely on local & need to get help from strangers but this kind of crap shows me that I no longer want to do business with this company.

"Experienced" gentleman SO HELPFUL & courteous!! Not to just me but to phone caller & customer before me. Gave great tip on a certain car maintenance too. Helped with replacing item bought for FREE...can't get same service across street at "Advanced". Will definitely come back here. Easy in & out of parking lot.

So i went in to grab a few things and there were 3 people working that i could see. I wasnt greeted or acknowledged. I was looking for something specific and an employee came down my aisle hurriedly again no acknowledgement. Never found exactly what i was looking for but went to get in line and ill go somewhere else to finish my shopping. I was checked out by the manager Daniel. He said absolutely nothing to me, didnt ask if i have a rewards account(yes ive had one for many years) only rung up my items until it was totaled. Told me how much and handed me my change. Answered the phone and then noticed i was still standing there. He then gave me my receipt. If this is the best example of customer service you find from the mgr good luck with the sales associates. Take care O’Reillys. Im headed to Auto Zone!
