Had my serpentine belt break on my car and was having a really hard time getting the new one back on because it seemed way too tight. Rafa at O’Reilly Auto Parts helped me get it put back on and made the whole situation a lot less stressful. Great people and great customer service. Totally recommend this O’Reilly’s location!

Had an issue with my truck. I pulled in to the lot on my way home. I was met professionally by Karley and Rafa. They listened to my issue. Rafa came out to look at it and said this is part you need. They had it in stock! Fixed it right there, and was back on the road in quick time. Thank you again Rafa and Karley

Came in for a brake light and looking at some wiper blades and Joe helped get the right ones for my Silverado and helped me install them both with me not asking first. Awesome guy, so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here and I appreciate their customer service. And all on a Monday before work thanks Oreilly
