I have always used this specific O’Reillys and they’ve always been great, but today I went in and they had a sign up on a product that it was on sale for 35.99. I went to purchase it and it rang up 43.99. They refused to honor their own signage. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and sadly will no longer be giving them my business after this experience.

Great prices and great selection of products. Also they have awesome services like the paint center at one by my house where I can give them my VIN number and they can pull up the color of paint that is on my truck and they can then mix me up however much of that paint I need, it’s awesome!!!!

Came here to buy techron concentrate plus fuel system cleaner because they have buy 1 get 1 free. I looked at the mobil 1 oil price and it was 20-30% more than Walmart and amazon, some items was cheaper here so I guess I'll come back sometimes

this store is the worst ever built bought a oil sending unit for my car wrong one even after 3 trips back with old part showed them it was wrong then the clerks tried to argue with me even with tbe clerks had nurmous kids all behind counters playing in store was so disrespectfull to others and when told assistant mgr he said nothing but he knew who they were the employees were they still didnt do anything finally i brought the right part from another advanced auto and showed assist mgr of orileys that were wrong took right part from advanced and it went right in finally made asist mgr refund chg for wromg part i MEAN IT WAS SO OBIVIOUS THAT it WAS WRONG PART LOOKING AT IT I WILL NEVER ENTER THIS STORE AGAIN AND CANCELING MU COMMERICAL ACCOUNT ALSO I MEAN THEY CAMT EVEN RUN A STORE LIME PROFESSIONALS I DONT NEED THEM AND NOONE SHOULD DARKEN THOS STORE Ever i would love for corprate would contact me so i can give them the names of the olny 2 employees there it was weird the little kids i mean like teens and under running amuce thru front and back of store even behind counter the optics were real bad wanns comtact me you got my email address

I'm glad these guys can pull up your vehicle by your VIN number and tag! Automotive shops and other auto parts stores have gave me so much grief, their system never pulls up a 5.9 RT Dodge like mine, only a sport, and the sub models, not at O'Reilly Auto parts! They found just what I needed, and had it on hand. Thanks guys for knowing your stuff!
