Thank you O'Reilly's for this team that you have on NW 10th off Meridian, OKC. I really appreciate the service that was provide. I came in a few days before today and worked with Whittman (a shorter gentleman) hoping that when I came in today that he was there. Happy to say, he was. While working with him a managers assistance was needed. As his manager Sean came to further assist. I was just as pleased with the knowledge, the service, and the personal with kindness that I received made my experience well worth wanting to come back to that location every time. Actually wishing that because this location is not near my home, I hope that I received this same type of service where ever I go. Also with my spiritually believes, I even felt the since of Christ in Sean. More people like so, makes life better all around. GOD BLESS you all and the service you provide, as it should rub off to all people and at all locations. MANY BLESSINGS #Prayinghands

I am leaving this review because of one individual particularly everyone else working today, about 4pm, was helpful and professional. Caesar who does not know how to read a pair of calipers, hold any common sense, spatial reasoning, or professionalism is exactly the kind of employee the earns parts stores reputations of hiring the dumbest possible people. He was using a pair of calipers measuring a 5/16 fuel line (clearly states that it's a 5/16 fuel line in print on the hose) and was telling me that it was 1 in.. and I said "not even close bud". He took on a demeaning attitude stating that he did not have time for this, and implying that I didn't know what I was talking about.

Super fast service and friendly staff! Called to see if the had rotors and brake pads available for my car.. luckily they did! When I went to pick them up.. I ended up saving money with a promotional discount.

Sean O'Bryan at the 4315 NW 10th St location absolutely saved the day for me. I was in a pickle and he was able to not only help me out but also politly educate me as to what needed to be done. He was very kind and understanding. Not only did he fix my issue but also did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what was going on. It had been a bad day and he most definitely made my day better. Thank you

Good store in my opinion. The employees had a better attitude than I expected for the area and it was fast in & out :) Good job guys!
