These guys are not very knowledgeable and one guy literally fell asleep behind the counter while I was talking to him. I have as of yet to get but one male employee there who has very much knowledge and I can't remember his name but there's a female there named Cedar I believe who is ver knowledgeable and professional and helpful.

Customer service here was above and beyond! Started at one O’Reillys, didn’t have the part, but this store did. Thomas was our representative and he was beyond helpful and accommodating. My husband and I were trying to replace a battery clamp and lock; even though it seems simple we aren’t mechanics and mistakenly dropped a part into the engine area. I went inside for help, and Thomas came out, no questions asked and assessed the situation, then went and grabbed tools to take apart different car parts until he found the object. Thomas not only helped us recover it, but he put all the parts back together, even cleaning a few of them, and then replaced the battery clamp and locks for us! Superb service from this gentleman and he was very polite and knowledgeable! Big thank you Thomas!!

I put O' Reilly's over AutoZone any day except one. I took a top of the line Battery costing $259 that had a 5 year warranty and quit at 3 years and It was given from a friend when I was in need , of course I didn't have any information about that transaction but they looked and seen I have account and was a very good customer and I walked out their store with a Brand New Battery at no CHARGE!

Thomas went above and beyond to assist my wife and I with installing some hardware. I’m sure it was beyond his job description to go out of his way like that, and he potentially saved me a great amount of time and headache. Thank you sir, and I hope you get a promotion or something.

The young lady and young man who were working here the evening I visited went above and beyond in helping us fix our car. Best O'Reilly's I have been to.
