I had a really good experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts today and wanted to call out Kale specifically. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed instead of rushing me through the transaction. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers, which makes a big difference. I really appreciated his help and the overall experience — this is the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

Excellent employees and store cleanliness. I prefer this location over anywhere else. Staff is very well trained, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Ashley O'Reilly's is usually the place that I shop for all my automotive needs but this particular store left much to be desired customer service sucked, no one wanted to be there that day or any other for that matter. There selection was few and far between. And there store was totally nasty. I even offered to come clean up every night that's my business. Make ready Holmes. We do it so you don't have to. I was almost cussed out so i used the bathroom , and to my surprise? It was probably the cleanest, well stocked ,and adventurest bathroom I'd ever been in. Talk about blumkin merteryal. People? I'd let you know if anything else in the story was anything other than

Been to this store many times. Always have the items I need or are able to point me in the right direction to obtain what I need. Friendly staff and always acknowledged as soon as I walk in the door.

We had to order 1 out of 3 parts so I could fix my girlfriends car after a minor wreck and Alex was super helpful and professional. The part was delivered on time and all parts were correct. Even though there are part places closer to me this one is my new go to!
