Brian Newby was excellent! He answered all of our questions and helped us find parts that another competitor didn't supply in a timely manner. The husband even said he is now an O'Reilly customer because of his knowledge and help. Give the person a raise! 🙏❤️

Horrible service by Rhonda and Dustin they threw a fit for asking for a price Match and told me that I need my service sent threw money back in my hand I’ll take my commercial business to AutoZone from now on

I’ve been into this store 4 times and every time the older guy is so very rude, dismissive and sarcastic. I will never be back. I forgot to get his name or I would add it here. Very poor customer service 😞😞

Super helpful staff, there is fantastic managment and staff at this particular location more than willing to go out of their way to help you find what you need. Very military friendly, they proudly support their veterans and i love to see that. Even with older vehicles there is a gentlemen in the back by the name of Larry Carr who has a wealth of knowledge and is very Old School, which helps if you're finding parts for Old School Cars. Micheal Jackson is the manager at this store and he is a "Go Get'em" kind of guy, Super Top Notch!
