This store has some of the best employees and team members! The managers are very knowledgeable and helpful, this place feels more like the olive garden cause they treat ypu like family haha. But seriouly if you are in the area and need automotive parts or need some honest information and assistance you wont be disappointed. What I like the most is the way that the associates there arent just trying to sell you parts they seem to really try to help you resolve your issues and not just waste your time from throwing money at problems, I cant remember for sure, but think his name is Alex,(Im pretty sure he is the store manager) has helped me several times and always goes above a beyond the call of duty!! Definitely a good choice having a person that is able to set the standards high and leads his team by setting the example of the type of service that every customer should receive. Good job O'Reilly keep up the good work you got my business for life!!!

Having basic mechanical knowledge should be a requirement to work here. Just called asking about an OEM neg battery cable for my truck and the employee confirmed he had an OEM one there over the phone and so I drive out of my way and wasted my time to come purchase said part and ended up having my time wasted because some high-school kid didnt know the difference between OEM battery cable and a superstart battery splitter. This is why auto zone is a superior competitor compared to oriellys. Because they hire competent empolyees.

Had a battery tested late 1/16 then charged and picked up morning of 1/17.Employees were nice but told me battery was bad . Took battery to another business and barttery was perfectly good after charge. Auto Zone pulled the same “ bad battery “ line so I’m wondering is that to get people to waste money.

Elizabeth was sooooo helpful. I was in a bit of jam and she went above and beyond to get me rolling again. This is my only parts store now!
