Do not bring a trailer here. Parking lot is small and the employees will argue with you over their unmarked parking spots. Apparently reserved parking against the building is for their vehicles only, without signage. One of their trucks showed up and continuously honked for me to move, as if she couldn't park elsewhere. Here's the thing, tell me where I CAN park, not where I can't! I can care less if your employee can not park in a spot where I am. Choose a different one! Your customer is always first. I literally went across the road to Autozone and had a completely different experience. I guess that is what they want their customers to do.

I stopped here to pick up a part that had just broken as I was in town and 45 miles from home. Ryan was super helpful and friendly. He got the part needed and even did a price match to the local competition and that was a nice extra. I would gladly go back to this location if I am ever back in that area and need parts. Great helpful friendly staff.

AWESOMENESS!! Jason helped me right away... He was friendly efficient and very informative👍. He explained the error codes that 🤔 that caused my check "engine light" to come on. It's so intimidating when a 💡 light comes on in my 🚗 🛻 that shouldn't...I'm glad I can come here and know I'll be treated like a valued customer..... It's no wonder the parking lot was full and EVERYONE was being helped! 💯..

The staff who helped us last night Wednesday showed so much caring and genuine thoughtfulness as to make me truly believe there are caring people all around us. I have never experienced so much concern, and willingness to help us find a solution then the ladies at the desk. I just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart thank you. With your help and concern, we were able to fix our car and make it home safely. I will be in your debt. And I will always recommend O'Reilly for true help and understanding with your car repair.

I brought a friend up here for a part, everyone on the store seemed to be extra busy except Ryan. He was helpful and went above and beyond his job description. Great job Ryan
