I met Jasmine (hope that’s how she spells it) and she was a great help to me. She made sure to get the right info about the vehicle when I didn’t know it (granddaughter of owner) and she checked the oil and filled up the coolant that was low for me! She was very friendly and not once made me feel uncomfortable or dumb 😄 which I really appreciated.

I want to start by saying, Teddy is the best ever he knew what was wrong with my van. It kept leaving me stranded and no one could figure it out Teddy did! I had a Pontiac Grand Prix before this van that also had problems he also help me with it so many times. When I came in he remembered me. Made me feel better about my bad days. Not sure what I would of done without him. THANK YOU SO MUCH TEDDY! This is the best O'Reilly's I have ever been to! If I could give 10 stars I would!

This shop and this team are amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, thorough. They do my installs for me when I purchase things, which is a tremendous help. I always tip them for this service. Highly recommended.

I stopped in today to fix a headlight for a client of mine for his Limo. Unfortunately we weren't able to fix the problem. That being said, Joseph provided the best customer service I've ever had at an auto parts store. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and willing to help. I hope the managers see this and give him a proper thank you. I live in Edmond but I might drive to this store from now on.

What happened to customer service these days? I walk in and stand at the counter for 5 minutes and there's not a soul in sight. Finally, someone helps look up the part I am needing and they say its not in stock. I call back later to see if it can be ordered and they say it can't. I asked for advice and they were just not helpful at all. Looks like I will be going to auto zone from now on which is sad to me bc I have always preferred O'Reilly's.
