This is my first visit to O’Reillys in Cleveland right there near the veterans administration hospital where I was being treated and I had a problem with my car and I went into the store and I had the assistance of the most knowledgeable and professional representative of the store that more than I expected, he was knowledgeable of my vehicle. He looked up information for me gave me print out of things that I needed to know and even help me with the, diagnosis of my vehicle but was having a fairly serious problem at the time it’d be a blessing if you have any auto parts or knowledge information this is a place to go in my opinion

Great service and staff. It's refreshing to get both with so many unprofessional people tending these stores nowadays. And we as customers should extend a thank you it goes a long way and painless.

They need to fire a couple Unprofessional people from this location. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS LOCATION

Not very professional, but ok experience. They ordered the piece I needed and said it didn't come in but it was there.. will go back in future
