Awesome people here they were able to help me and when they did not have the part in they were able to get it in later during the day they helped put the windshield wiper blades on my vehicle and sometimes that can be no easy task especially since this was the first time changing them out for me on this vehicle

Very friendly and courteous employees. I accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle and was offered to wait in the store for over a hour and a half waiting for a locksmith. The gentleman was very patient and helpful. Customer Service was really shown. I offered the gentleman lunch for allowing me to wait in the store instead of outside where the temperature was 28 degrees. He informed me that he was just doing his job. This was Customer Service at its best.

Service was fast and excellent. I needed a bulb put in for my headlight. One of the associates came out and put it right in. The manager there was also nice and very helpful.

Overall is like any other O’reilly you can walk into. Has plenty of tools, fluids, and parts. Some of the staff don’t seem too knowledgeable of car maintenance and repair but if you know what you need and are looking for I’d stop in.
